1. Services
Trae AI Jobs is a digital platform that connects users with AI-assisted tasks. Users can complete tasks, earn rewards, and request withdrawals of their earned balance. The platform operates exclusively online and does not constitute an employment relationship, investment service, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the platform is prohibited.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud.
4. Deposits and Wallet
Wallet addresses displayed on the platform are provided for the purpose of funding your account. Transfers are made at your own risk. The platform is not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect or unsupported addresses, or for errors caused by third-party payment networks.
5. Tasks and Earnings
Rewards are credited to your account balance upon successful completion of tasks, subject to verification. Earnings displayed are indicative and may be adjusted in case of abuse, automation, or violation of the platform rules.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed according to the platform rules, including applicable KYC verification and minimum balance requirements. We may delay or refuse withdrawals if fraud or violation of these terms is suspected.
7. KYC Verification

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; we are not liable for price changes affecting your balance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, pending balances may be forfeited if fraud is established.
12. Disputes
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be submitted to customer support for amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the company, as stated in the Legal Notice.
